I could deal with the sou d for sure, that's not a problem.

This kit is the only power adder worth owning on a 3.7 besides nitrous.

I disagree.. I had nitrous on the car and the tq hit was nice but the supercharger is just better every where

I've had all 3 and hated the procharger. It was so bland and the tq is eh then having to swap pulleys for boost is annoying and I get better gas mileage on e with a turbo than I did with a procharger on 93 lol

I got a ride In a procharged car and would have to agree. It doesn't make any f/I sounds and doesn't have that instant tq hit or crazy boosted feeling. It kinda just felt like my friends full exhaust 5.0; not slow but I would be expecting more if I was going to boost the car

Yea exactly is was so progressive and it didn't make peak power till later in the powerband. And don't get that put in your seat feeling. There's a reason I went turbo I rode in a turbo coyote sold my procharger the next day

Doubt that. Procharged 3.7's are not impressive. Thats why everyone is getting rid of them

seen plenty of them run. There is a guy who lives by me back in new braunfels with a procharged 3.7 and it's slow as balls.

Here's the nitrous set up on my car.

maybe after I go buy and install an Lpf kit and beat 700hp gtrs I'll get some credibility over here.

You also work at LPF and for marketing and selling a kit so of course your gonna say your kits the best out there. Which so far it looks pretty awesome but there's only 1 car running it right now other then you and it's been less then a month..

To be fair though, there are quite a few ProCharged mustangs out there. The power is good, but not crazy. There's only so much potential with them.

The turbo isn't quite vetted in my eyes just yet, but I see more potential overall in that.

How high does the psi go on a Procharger? If your running higher psi on the turbo than what people run on a Procharger then it's not a very fair comparison.

That they did

but if I were trying to sell a kit I would turn my s*** up to put out the best possible numbers too I'm not being a hater but I think some people are being a little naive and are being fooled by the way the kit is being marketed..

I have read comparisons between the on3 turbo using 5psi was the same power output as a pro charger on 8. But this was on a 3v

All i know is I'm going with a turbo over procharger or any supercharger. And hellion is out of the question. Turbo just seems more practical for me. And not buying it just cause of some YouTube video of it beating a gtr haha.

Yea but numbers are numbers and we have multiple dyno on all different power levels. On 9 pounds I made 420 and 389 on the procharged on 9 pounds on our kit made like 450 and 460 with low timing. Look at any car that runs procharger vs the same car that runs turbo turbo is definitely better and more efficient.

You were running 3lbs of boost more then me and only made 14rwhp more... that doesn't sound right

Huh? If 5k buys A or B, who cares what the settings are? It is a perk that the turbo can run more or less boost.

If the procharger maxes at 8 psi, it is completely fair for the other unit to do whatever. We're not comparing it with other engines, or anything else.

Maybe procharger just needs to kick it up a notch.

I think the issue that people are not getting is "size". The size of the Prochargers inlet/compressor and the size of the turbo.
A buddie of mine had an AWD Mitsubishi Mirage with a 4G63T swap (basicly a 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX powertrain.) He took the stock 14B turbo and swapped it for a newer 16G. At the same psi he was running with the 14B he gained 56 hp swapping to the 16G.
So the main question is how much larger is this turbo vs the Procharger and with the power gains it's cost to power.

Has anyone dyno'd with a D1 upgrade? That may more closely rival the turbo output.

I'm sure it's been posted on here but how exactly did you get around the MAF sensor with this kit?

lol... the turbo is putting big numbers, I definitely don't see anyone beating 700HP GTR's on a procharger (I know you said LPF kit, But still).

No one is going to talk down on your car, They just have different opinions.
