Best sounding v6 exhaust 2011

So I'm looking to get an exhaust for my 11 mustang. I'm leaning towards Roush because they are 100$ cheaper than everything else and they still sound sick . The only thing is that some people said they aren't made well. I have looked at videos and it is hard to judge based on the audio quality. I'm looking for loud but not obnoxiously loud to the point where it annoys people. Still looking for a deep muscle car sound though. The complete opposite of the pypes basically haha . Any help is appreciated

I got the roush exhausts. If you go that route. YOU WILL HATE THEM AT FIRST. well....kinda lol. I believe in the break in period because when I first installed them, they were waayyyy too loud and real ricey. After driving with them on after a while, they calmed down and got a deeper tone. Either I got used to them or they changed, I'm not sure.
Cold starts don't sound too good but once the engine is warmed up, they sound great.
They ROAR when you press on the gas.

Thanks, it's weird a few people say they sound ricey but in all the videos I have seen they sound pretty good to me. Maybe you just have to be there in person

Well it does sound different from hearing it outside the car compared to inside the car.
Inside it sounds a little ricey and high pitched but if you drive with the windows down or hear it pass by, it sounds nice and deep. Well, deep for a v6.

It does sound kinda ricey around 3000 - 5000 rpm for me. Below 3000 sounds nice and above 5000 sounds like a monster!

I have the Mac axle back and I love it. I get a lot of compliments on it. I think it nice a rumble. Maybe a little drone but nothing major at all. I got it for 399.00.

I have Roush and love them, but if your not looking for obnoxious loud then be warned, they are LOUD after 3k. If you plan on doing LTS or x/h pipe down the road don't go with roush, they sound like a loud mess! Drone isn't that bad and they will sound great with shorties also, but beyond that they will sound terrible when doing full exhaust.

I have the Corsa Sport. It is expensive, but definitely my favorite! No drone of any kind when cruising.

And this is why creating a "best exhaust" thread is a waste of time. It's opinion based. You should pick what YOU think sounds good. Everyone's going to have a different ear for different sounds. What might sound amazing to one person might sound ricey to you. That's just my 2 cents on the subject.

^this.

Same deal as what you'd get in a "what oil is the best" thread.

Everyone has their own opinions.

You might want to hear the Roush in person first, to me they do sound Sick, but not in a good way. After reading about people replacing them because of the noise and actually seeing it in person by a guy at the local cruise spot.
You want a lower tone, put on shorties and a mellower A/B, I get thumbs up on my Exhaust all the time and I have Borla Tourings on it

you NEED to hear them in person....go to car events. I have Bassani ab's and like them but they do have a touch of drone (common with the V6) I got mine used. They have a what I call European sound with burble undertones and sound fierce at high rpms. Also know that the sound from outside is differant than what the driver hears. I tell people the sound of a CAI is for the driver, the exhaust is for bystanders.

I also have bassani and I love them, they did drone a bit untill I got shorty headers, they removed almost all the drone and sound even deeper all through the revs
