3rd or 4th stage mod advice

Hey everyone so I got a bunch of mods:
Flowmaster force ii exhaust
Jlt cai
Modern retro shift knob
Eichbach antiroll sway bar kit
Mmd side scoops
Gt500 spoiler
Mmd good scoop
Qtr class louvers
Carbon fiber dash overlay kit
Rocker stripes
Bama sf4/x4 tuner
Smoked tail light tint

For those who have this many or more, what else can I do? I know maybe tires and wheels, but what are some other options?

Is it not lowered? If not springs, shocks and struts and a pan hard bar.

And this! Great idea!

OP These guys beat me to it! If you haven't looked into some suspension mods I would highly recommend it! Springs, Struts, and Shocks will not only improve the handling, accel, and braking but they'll help make the car look that much better! Ford did a great job with their suspension setups but they needed to have something that would be comfortable for a 65 year old or an 18 year old! Definitely worth looking into as well would be a panhard bar along with a control arm kit. Everything will work hand in hand with eachother to get traction down and keep the car on the ground!

Hope this helps!

Alex
