If I wanted to supercharge my v6 what would need to be changed out and done to the car for it to be able to handle the supercharger

IIRC nothing. If you procharge it, Your engine will hold... Just ask Clamphier! =P!! (He had an even more agressive turbo, Not supercharger and the engine held up like a boss)

All you'd have to do is have it tuned. That's it. However, It's recommended you upgrade your suspension and you should also get some higher gears to enjoy your car some more.

Injectors... unless your at high elevation and you might be able to get away with stock ones.

Wouldn't you need headers and high flow cats to help it breathe?

^^ "Need" is subjective. As it comes, i think the kit only runs like 6-8 psi, which wouldn't hurt a stock exhaust. Much more boost and you may risk blowing the cats out, but it wouldn't hurt a stock car at low boost.

When you're talking 10-12 psi though, some headers and / or cat deletes wouldnt be a bad idea though.
