P06B8

Hey all, just loaded a 93P tune to check it out. I was using my OBDII monitor to check things out and it is saying there's a pending P06B8 code, and 2 permanent codes that say "vehicle block ID CORRUPTED".

Also, the ambient temp reading I'm getting is saying it's 5 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's 72 degrees.

I switched back to the 93R tune and I'm getting the same thing. It didn't do this before.

I emailed Ryan at Bama, wondering if you guys have any input.

Haven't seen that one before. Have you tried returning to stock or removing the negative battery terminal for 10-15 minutes?

I returned to stock and and the code went away, put the 93R back on and it's back there in pending. I erased it...will see if it comes back again.

Still bone stock.

Did it happen after you added a mod?

You haven't disconnected anything or did work on it?

Mine was a loose connector when I was removing stiff

Yeah. I would keep it stock for now till they get back in touch with you, just to avoid any issues.

I've never gotten that.
That would leave me feeling a little uneasy.... I would stay stock until something was verified or fixed.

If you take the battery terminals off touch the two terminals together it is much faster/effective than playing the waiting game. Just my two cents.

Hey Alex, yep he sent me a couple emails to try to figure this out.

Once I get back home from work I'll do what he told me and I'll post up about how it goes.

Driving around on the stock tune has made me realize how much more fun my Bama tune is.

I have a daily and I know the feeling! It's literally like night and day when you go from one to the other!

Hey Alex, no word from Bama yet.

Driving around on the stock tune, but no CELs or anything.

I don't mind them taking their time with this because it's pretty important lol.

Well they couldn't find anything.

Ryan resent the tune and I loaded it up. I'll drive around a while and hopefully all goes well.

Feels fine and sounds fine.

God I missed having my tune.
