Ah, I live in Los Angeles, CA... I've never been on a dirt road in this car =P!!!

Pot holes, Yes, Dirt road? No. XD!

But yeah, I'm sure the strut bar is a good investment for $99 or $70 if ya'll decide to wait for the next sale.

Anti-Roll bars (Sway Bars) are good for taking sharp turns or any side to side movement, Actually... Here's the same guy that explained the Strut Tower Brace, Explaining how the Anti-Roll Bars work.

Yeah, it's a pain in the *** from the phone. Copy and paste the URL to your browser if you want to do it from your phone. That's what I did.

It'll load if you tell it to load outside of the app (I'm assuming you're trying to load it within the app). If you're not in the app, then nvm lol.

Mine just arrived. I'm on my way home from work now to install it.

I'm expecting 20ish whp and about 30 wtq. I think that's reasonable.

Should also take about a second off of my 1/4 time also.

I'd say it's worth exactly $69.99.

It improves handling and feel by exactly $69.99.

I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Did you use a torque wrench to torque it exactly to spec? Or just finger-tighten? I actually don't have a torque wrench, but since the potential failure of over torqueing the strut bar is quite a disaster, I might finally get one.

Honestly?

I just did my very best guess at 26 ft/lbs.

What is your "honestly" in reference to?

"Honestly, I just guessed at 26 ft-lbs."
"Honestly, it can be disastrous if it's not to spec?"
"Honestly, you don't have a torque wrench?"
"Honestly, you don't need to get a torque wrench for this job."

The proper torque is 26 ft lbs. The studs CAN break. That's why it's strongly recommended never to overtighten or use an impact wrench. I just tightened with a normal ratchet. I did t go crazy with it. Just very snug.

Just got my brace in the mail and immediately installed! Looks good, well made, seems pretty strong. Definitely worth $69! Glad I got mine when I did though. I checked the site today and it's $99. Still a good deal at that price tooClick image for larger version
