They have them for the 5.0s, but I haven't seen any company come out with just the over axle pipes for our 3.7s. Plenty of catbacks, so the pipes are there. It's just that no one seems to offer them separately.

I've been searching for the same thing. I haven't found anyone who sells them separately like the GT has.

I would think it wouldn't be too hard to get a stock GT pipe to work although honestly this is why its better to plan a build because it would have been cheaper to go with the catback and be done. The only 2 other options I could think of is 1. sell your axle backs and buy a catback or 2. find a good custom exhaust shop to make 2.5 pipes to connect to your axle back.

Compared to the GT the 3.7 aftermarket isn't anywhere as good and honestly I don't see it getting any better with the eco boost coming out and Ford phasing the V6 out.

You might be able to call a company up to get just the over axle. You can always find a cheap cat back. I think the dynomax cat back from Summit racing is like $370.

If they improve performance then do it otherwise don't worry about them. also like it was said get some oem GT take off. Im sure someone will either give them to you free or charge you less than $100 for the 2.

I've been under the impression that changing the over axel pipes does nothing for your performance vs just replacing the mid pipe and headers. even deeper removing the cats tends to yeild some good performance as well but then you have the nasty rasp sound...if anyone has any good knowledge on this please share
