NOPI this weekend

Well going to NOPI this weekend for the first time with my Unstabled mates mustang club. Should be a good experience, I'm definitely looking forward to it. So just for some talk.. What does everyone do to prep for car events and shows? Clean? Use what? Inside and out. Bring along? Chairs, food, etc.? What?

Clay bar, wash, wax! Armor all and vacuum interior! Bring some lawn chairs, a cooler with some drinks / snacks / sandwiches!!! Oh and a hat if it's gonna be sunny

Yea I have been thinking on clay baring my car even if it is only a year and a half year old paint. I wash with meguiars and use mothers wax.. I am about to try some new stuff that mustang club recommends. I hear from all of them that all this guys products are amazing. Site is flynndist.com. He is local here in GA so I'll be picking it up in a few hours.

Refrain from armorall. It has alcohol which will eventually dry out plastics and rubber and make them crack.

Plus the greasy look does you no favors in my opinion.

I heard that about armor all that is why I have been a little sketch about using them. I will admit I did once but then a week later I was confused as to why everything looked so dry.. What do you recommend for interior cleaning then?

Personally I just use some Turtle Wax Ice cleaner. It's simply a cleaner, not a dressing. Gets rid of the dust and gunk, leaves a good scent and no shiny greasy stuff.

There's a million different products out there though, just do your homework before you buy.

Yea I've been looking lately. I've been pretty negligent these past few months and I'm starting to regret it. Working on getting it right now.
