Procharger supercharger 2014 v6

Hi everyone,
For those who hve this installed, I wanted to see what further mods might I have to do as a result of the installation. Let's assume everything in my engine is stock.
Are my bama tunes going to be essentially replaced? will I see a decrease in torque? Any and all Information is welcomed.
Thanks

Flowmaster force 2 exhaust, jlt cai, x4 bama tuner, carbon fiber dash overlay kit, modern retro shift knob, mmd hood and side scoops, classic quarter louvers, gt500 spoiler, 3.7 and pony emblems, mustang rocker stripes, eibach anti sway roll bar kit

Not sure why you think you'd get a decrease in torque. Installing the Procharger will INCREASE both power and torque. As for the Bama tunes, I think you're Procharger would fall under the "Non-Stock Forced Induction on 1987-2004 and 2011 and up" category found here: Bama/SCT E-mail Tune Restrictions

You could always give them a call though to be sure. Since they procharged their 2011 3.7L, they "may" have the required parameter changes to remote tune it. I wouldn't hold my breath though.

The non-tuner Procharger kit should come with a tune or tuner if I'm not mistaken.

What I am interested In understading is what other modifications would I need because of a supercharge and tuner installation. Better tires , new driveshaft etc... I want to plan ahead and be able to prevent or predict any type of wear and tear on mycar

It depends how anal you're about performance, handling, safety, longevity and doing everything right the first time.

At least I am and this is I'd suggest:

- 1 piece drive shaft
- upper and lower control arms with brackets + allignment
- springs, panhard bar, CC plates or the bolts at very least
- colder spark plugs and maybe coils - brakes (hawk HPS 5.0 pads at least if you're not going with big brakes) and sticky tires
- stainless steel brake and clutch lines, with a short shifter and upgraded clutch if you have a manual
- full synthetic motor oil..changed every 3.5k miles just to be on the safe side
- GT over the axle pipes for better exhaust flow
- and the main thing: a good tune!!!! Don't cheap out on this one, this is your golden egg

Besides everything above, keeping your right foot under check if you're on street

Ps: I forgot, an oil catch can for sure!! You don't want your intake clogged up with blow back oil

I heard synthetics were not good for superchargers. Like the list though.

The prochargers are self lubricating. They do not use the engine oil

And yes to the catch cans. I needed one on both sides!
