It's right around 3500 lbs although depending on options it may be heavier.

I searched this in google a while back, a base 5.0 with 1/3 tank gas weighs 3520lbs.
A brembo premium 5.0 weighs 3620. Basically a base 5.0 is low 35xx and a premium is a low 36xx.
For reference a terminator (2003 cobra) weighs 3660+lbs.

v6's are about 100 lbs lighter than the 5.0s and almost all of it is b/c of the lighter engine / engine block. I believe there are few other parts missing or lighter weight on the V6.

I've got about the fattest Mustang of them all. That's FATTEST.... unfortunately not FASTest.

GT Premium Convertible Automatic... think I'm about 3,730 lbs+

It has extra reforcing crap on the bottom that the coupes don't have. Like the front LCA front brace... and some rear body bracing, etc.

It was the the pimped out showroom model with pretty much every single option available, except for heated seats.

With 1/2 tank of gas, Catless exhaust / aftermarket mufflers, rims that are 1/2 lb lighter each than stock, full interior my base model M6 5.0 was 3580. Also added a few things like LCA and brackets, Adjustable PHB, so i imagine a few lbs went back in here and there, but all in all very believable / accurate.

Edmunds lists the v6 at a curb weight of 3501, and the 5.0 at 3603

Curb weight (US English) or kerb weight (UK English) or unladen mass is the total weight of a vehicle with standard equipment, all necessary operating consumables (e.g., motor oil and coolant), a full tank of fuel, while not loaded with either passengers or cargo.

I was wondering the same thing a while back so I went to a CAT scale at a nearby truckstop and just weighed it. Total weight was 3840 lbs (2000 front, 1840 rear). That's with 200 lbs driver, 150 lbs sub setup, and half a tank of gas. Mods were muffler delete and Maximum Motorsports lowering springs. That would put the curb weight(with full tank and mufflers & without subs and myself) in the ballpark of 3600 lbs. I have a '14 3.7 premium with the Pony Package.
