So tj, the tuner holds 10 tunes and yall offer lifetime tunes, so why can you only put 3 tunes on? Could I request more througgh email?
The tunes are all written the same ... just with different octane levels.

We would suggest running a tune, which incorporated all of your mods with the ideal octane level. The other octane levels would be back-up.

Im just a bit disappointed in the top end (4k rpm and above) It feels like I have thins kick from 2.5K up till then where it just flat lines and feels like its not going any faster. the rpms go up but the speed stops climbing as fast...it just feels 'blah".
That's basically how my Bama tune is. Good low/mid end pull, but sort of flat lines above 4500 rpms, as evident from dyno comparisons I did with stock tune. I did a few datalogs about week and a half ago (October 10), and was told the usual issues (throttle lag, jerks while accelerating, twitchy throttle etc) I've been complining need "in house development, something that can't be done via datalogs and that my tunes would be sent to me when they're ready"

Let's see how long. Lol

Mine took about a week, but they have been pretty responsive the past couple of days

I have a manual with mpt tune. In the summer I ran the 93 performance and it was strong in all revs. Since it's gotten cooler I put on my winter tires and am running the 87performance. Not as much kick as the 93 but stronger than stock plus better mileage.

This is why I'm going with Steeda and they're life time tunes to start. I just don't feel like dealing with this sort of head ache after spending $400, even with the AM forum 6% discount ($24). The discount is just not worth the frustration. Bama just simply has a huge history of this type of customer service. Later on I'll get a $75 MPT tune just for s**t & giggles. Then I'll be good to go.

There is nothing they can do...they could humor you with regards to the TB and headers but I just sent a tune request and got back a tune after installing my headers. Made no difference. Until you get the intake manifolds ported there is no benefit to tuning the TB. I'll look back at the other forum to see if there is a dyno showing the difference with the BBK TB and stock.

This is what I'd like to know, how much hp difference in just a 93 octane tune "canned" over stock tune?

Its not a matter of how much power difference between the two vs how much more responsive and sporty the car become. You will gain most of the power in the mid range 3k-5k. Your throttle will also be more responsive adding to the performance.
