Bluetooth Audio

Is there anyway I can setup my Bluetooth audio to where I don't have to "sync" it everytime I turn the car on. I know, I sound lazy but it'd just be more convenient

I have messed with the sync system plenty of times and I never found a way to do this unfortunately. I really wish for implemented more customization into the sync interface.

Mine syncs automatically and quite often starts where i left off after turning off the car. Is the V6 programming different or something?

I have noticed that as long as i have Bluetooth turned on that it will do this. It has to sense it when the car key gets turned. If it's off at that time i have to reconnect it.

Also i have an iphone.

If I have my bluetooth enabled on my phone (I have an iPhone 5) BEFORE I turn on the car, it syncs automatically as soon as I turn on the car. It also continues where it left off.

Do yall have outdated SYNC software? I read that they changed it so you had to select the bluetooth option every time from now on.

My phone syncs automatically too. If the BT is off on my phone it only takes a second to connect after I turn it back on. I don't have to mess with the sync system.

I still haven't found a way to keep the bluetooth audio as default when i get in. It always goes to sync line in and its really annoying.

I have an ancient Samsung with a flip out keyboard and it picks up right where it left off. Occasionally it may take a minute to complete the bluetooth handshake but that is rare.

Generally, if it doesn't sync immediately, it will sync within 10 seconds of the car being on.

My car has never been back to dealership since I took delivery of it on August 22 of last year, so if your car is older than that, it may be an update, if it's newer, well I have no clue.

Hmm, I looked up the software on the Sync website and mine was updated in May 2012 and is the most current version for my setup.

No. Snyc knows its a problem but still hasnt released an updated because enough people havent complained about it.(mustang owners) call the sync help line and ask about it if you want them to ever update it.
