So a good friend of mine and his godfather and I put our heads together. They both have v8's and I have a v6. To set mine apart truly from any other v6 entirely we came up with the ideas to make camshafts for the v6 2014 we have all the machinery and he has the knowledge on how to make them. I personally just want to know if it's a smart idea to try them out. Is there a reason they don't make cams for the v6 2011 and higher?

Who is going to set up the lift, duration, ramp rate?

Any new mod is always worth it.

It's actually a brilliant idea if you guys can come up with a prototype that works. There's a thread started by a bunch of enthusiasts who are working on a set of cams for our V6s, check that out and maybe talk to a few of those folks to get a deeper insight into 'construction' part of it.

Either way, good luck. Give us 3.7 owners another reason to smile
