worth the upgrades?

so i took the car on a long drive today through some back roads up and down hills and whatnot. and i noticed the car has very poor low end torque. so i was wondering if dumping crazy money into it (like 6k$ build list on AM) as worth it or save it and apply it towards a new car in a year or two. my car prior to this was a 07 335i so obviously comparing it tothat it wasnt going to be as good. but will putting that much money into the car make it worth it or should i save it for a new 4 series?

Depends how much you like the car. There's definitely better bang for buck cars out there. You'll need to figure that out for yourself.

Like your 335i. That's a stock twin turbo car, small turbos yes. But easy to mod.

I do agree, my Mustang doesnt have that off the line power or torque. Eventually Ill do a gear swap but for the time being there isnt much that can be done. How much money do you want to put into it? Thats up to you...is it worth it? Once again only you can say...Would I dump a bunch of money into it?? Probably not.

A gear swap and a tune might get you to where you want to be. If you willing to spend the money it would be a nice upgrade.

If you add shorty headers, it should help add some low end torque that our 3.7s lack

worth it in a financial sense = NO

I'll suggest gears (as others have said) are worth it in speed per $.
