If he had full exhaust and ported manifolds then I could maybe see 335-345 whp depending on the dyno also but I think with current mods it will be around 310-315 whp

I would like think he makes more than that.

Seems like people make 300 rwhp with ported intakes, full exhaust and a tune. Id hope cams and ported heads would be worth more than 5 to 10 hp.

If your car does have all those mods to it, it should have dynod higher. 300 is bolt on territory.

Yes, hope I'm wrong as I would like to go the route he has but I want to do it with ARH longtubes and H pipe. his exhaust is a choke point which will lower his performance.

Hey bro, I'm really shocked at your results. I mean I have an automatic and dyno 297 rwhp & 276 rwtq. I don't have port and polish. I don't have larger cams. I don't have larger throttle body. I don't have like 90% of your mods. I'm kind of shocked bro, like really really really blown away right now.

The Mustang Source Website is complete trash.

89 is very hot...could be slowing it down. Also the tranny. If you were a manual you'd easily be 306-310 maybe more trq too

No cats still on. Would never pass smog in CA without cats. Shorty headers BBK, ford racing x pipe and then muffler delete PYPES.

Don't know what to say...where do you live ? Temp ?

Also...we checked the differential and it seemed tight enough...so that shouldn't be the issue. Hmmmmmmmm....dunno.

And blew the fan...burned out. 1 month old. Gotta replace it. Coincidence...

It is a possibility that the throttle body spacer may be reducing high rpm output. It was designed for the stock throttle body and although fits and works with the larger one, and does improve low rpm torque, I never really tested it without and I have heard it may choke intake at higher rpms.

Heads and cams and barely made over the 300 mark.

What correction factor was used? Post the dyno sheet

Or could be whoever calibrated the dyno did not do it right.

#'s don't matter but in your case with all your mods something is not right somewhere

Porting heads is a critical job, all of it is basically a science, anything is off it could hurt performance in certain areas.

Also feeling a difference is also alot in the head bc you want to so you think youbare, if you get what I'm saying

I'm with Rap and everyone else. If you truly have done what you say you have done, something is definitely way, way off.

Post the graph and lets see if we can figure this out.

Dyno's are highly variable. Take the car to the track.

The guys who dyno right at 300rwhp trap 108-110mph in the 1/4 and are in the mid 12's with drag tires.

I figured you would be over the 325 rwhp mark based on all your mods. Just to compare and share my power mods I had for my dyno day

91 MPT tune
Airraid CAI
BBK ceramic long tube headers
BBK off road x pipe.
One piece aluminum driveshaft
3:73 gears (not sure if that effects the dyno number)

Based on those mods I dyno at 297 rwhp & 276 rwtq

The Mustang Source Website is complete trash.

Well...my thoughts

1. Long tubes - mine are shortys
2. CAI...airaid is a tune CAI...JLT not...moreover I am hearing things about JLT cold airs...possibly not as good as believed
3. My x-pipe is not off road and I still have cats
4. Maryland air far colder ??
5. My gears are stock...

No... the Bama tune didn't do anything to your car. It may be the new cams you have in. They might not be installed properly? Or it could just be that all those mods don't mean anything when it comes to top end numbers you might be much higher in the low end
