mileage count/reliability of this generation mustangs

Hi Everyone,
Just a question, I've put already 24k in one year on my 14 mustang. This is my first mustang (I've only ever had civics since I was 18). I'm basically treating my mustang like a civic, but is that actually accurate? Assuming I take care of scheduled maintenance, etc etc, is the mustang a reliable car for 100k+ (or heck, 150+k) miles? I'm kind of thinking I should switch to my 08 civic, once in while, to decrease mileage intake.

Thanks

Cars are meant to be driven, Ford is a great car maker and Mustang is a great car. As long as you keep the basic maintenance good then the car will be fine. 100,000 miles in not a lot for a car, and a Mustang will far exceed that. I would never not drive a car to make it last longer unless it was a very expensive car. You bought and paid for your Mustang so why would you not drive it to drive an 08 civic instead? just stay on top of all of your maintenance and drive it as much as you want. It will last a very long time if you take care of it.

I know people who have fords going near 200,000. Keep it in good shape and worse case is you just build up the car all over again i mean look at what people do with the older mustangs now. Droping in new 5.0 motors and adding new tech to the car
