NEED MORE FUEL

Has anyone installed a 13 GT500 5.8 fuel pump in their 2011 V6. The fuel tanks are the same, the fuel pump control module is the same. Let me know if you have with wiring experience.

How much boost are you running? A boost a pump should be enough under 15psi I would imagine.

The boost a pump is proven and used widely in other FI platforms. Same concept as rewiring your fuel pump for more voltage but it keeps an adjustable set constant voltage.

If I could have found a boost a pump for a decent price I would have used one on a turbo vehicle I have with a walboro 250 fuel pump instead of upgrading to a walboro 450 unit. The walboro 450 fuel pump was cheaper then the boost a pump new by about $100. Keep in mind I was feeding 4 1200cc injectors also.

Just get a BAP it's easy to install and easy to set. If your not "sold" on it then you haven't done your research.

I did go with a BAP. Once we finish the tune this week I will know how well it works. It was a very easy install on the 2011.
