Plug on lower grill

So I put a new lower grill on and in doing so I noticed a cord with a plug with threads attached to the lower grill on the driver side. Does anyone have an idea of what I'm talking about? Haha. Sorry I didn't think to grab pics.

I was thinking either that or a plug for a engine block heater by chance?

New 2013 2014 Ford Mustang 3 7 V6 Block Heater Cord ...

As far as install, it looks fairly straight forward. I believe you have to drain your coolant. Remove the plug on the driver side of the motor, just under the exhaust manifold. Install block heater, and service coolant.
