Mustang 3.7 ported intake manifolds

Assuming that everything else is stock. Do you think if I had the intake manifolds ported it would still pass smog in California?

It is a combination of parts not just one part that will make a ton of power.

Idk if it's worth it tho. I have full exhaust: shortys, h pipe, cat back, CAI, throttle body, bama tuner, aluminum drive shaft. I plan on staying NA.

If you are trying to squeeze every ounce of power out of your car I think it's worth it. All of the fastest N/A guys have ported manifolds.

Since you already have the Tb you now have to get it ported...it will allow the TB to do its job a bit better.

Only 5-6 whp?! That cant be right...ive seen charts with guys getting 8-12 whp and as much as 15-20 lb ft trq...check Lone Wolfs vender page on Fast Ford Muscle. It could be the combination of mods you had at the time.

^^ Depends on the degree of the port, the dyno, supporting mods... Theres more to it.
