Strange buzzing sound from dashboard
I have a bit of a strange question. Has anyone ever had their car make an electric like buzzing sound when the steering wheel is turned to the right. The sound coincides with about a 10-15% increase in speed of the air coming from the hvac vents. This only happens when the blower is on, and happens at all angles of wheel steer. It is not loud, just annoying, and a bit worrying that turning the steering wheel to the right seems to affect the hvac. It has done this intermittently since new, and has become constant in the last week. There are no clearance issues, and nothing is dragging or touching in the suspension. Thanks for the input, I know this is a bit strange.
