How are you liking the MBRP axle back? There is only one other video of a 3.7 with them. It sounds good in the video

It's honestly a pretty good system I've never really heard of mbrp until I ordered this system (apparently mbrp is big on trucks). It's Def a good system.

Sounds a lot like a V6 version of a cammed 3V

That in no way sounds like a cam'd car. That sound reminds me of a beat up Honda that has a vacuum leak and surges at idle.

However, it sounded pretty good until the faux cam kicked in.

Me too! I ordered last week, had them in 2 days and then had to wait 3 days for a warm enough day to paint them. Saturday was the day. Got up in the morning got the paint area ready and sprayed a few coats of rustoleum extreme high heat black on the mufflers. While the paint dried I put the car on stands and went to removing the stocks. all told took about 25-30 minutes. Installed the newly painted and waited until the paint was on 1.5 hours then started the curing. after curing was done out we went, the sound is great for me. The wife hates it though so she can stay in her Challenger.

I only have the axle backs so will post a video when I can.

Just not into the loud inside the car. I know everyone says how heavy the Challenger's are but they have few things I'm jealous of: 1)better radio/hands free 2)Sound deadening, her Challenger is as quiet inside as my f150.

I am the opposite, my MPG was down to 19-20 the last 2 days because I just like stomping on it to hear it.

I want to get the MBRP axleback too, the price is good and from what I hear it isn't very loud like the Roush. A deeper exhaust idle and louder growl when flooring it sounds like what I want from an axle back.

Put up that video gkcontra when you can
