Lug nut size?

I rotated my tires today after working on my exhaust and found something a little strange... my front lug nuts took a 13/16" socket size and my rear lug nuts took a 22mm socket size... is this normal for our mustangs? or do you think maybe the previous owner had some of them replaced (either front or back)? I'm thinking of going to buy a new set of 10 to make them all match and only need 1 socket size.

I believe it's safe to say they should all be the same size.
I use 13/16" on all my OEM lug nuts.
One thing to keep in mind, particularly if you have different rims, front to back, is the tapered seat. Apparently that taper is not always the same with various rims.
Keep that in the back of your mind when comparing them. Ideally you want the taper on the lug nut to match the rim taper. It may be difficult to see, but comparing the nuts would be easy.(But not conclusive)
Of course a 22mm wrench (6-sided) would fit, and could be used, on a 13/16" nut.

I use a 21MM on mine, same size basically as a 13/16, I just have not gone out and replaced my stolen SAE 1/2 drive Impact sockets yet.

if you are going to buy new ones I suggest getting a set of 20 locking lugs so each stud has a lock. I know they can be defeated but at least make them work for it. I prefer Gorilla brand I got mine through Amazon and the 24 set was only $1 or 2 more than the set of 20 I figure if I ever loose one....oh yeah wax rims in and out when rotating.

I wrapped the lock in painters (or duct tape) with my phone number on it to prevent scratches and aid in return from shop
