can you put aftermarket mufflers from a gt to 2014 mustnag v6 dual. my friend is looking to get some aftermarket mufflers he's liking the slp louthmouth for 10-14 gts can he add those to his v6?

I don't think so, but don't hold me to that because I really don't know, I think the V6/V8 is a issue thing that can't be mixed.

I believe you need to come up with an adapter because the pipe sizes are different. Other than that, it should be fine.

They won't just bolt up. I forget he exact measurements to each but the GT's inlet is bigger than the V6's.

You'd need to do some welding to make it work.

GT is 2.75" vs the V6 2.25", you'd need a pipe adapter and that alone is likely to change the sound.

Also remember just because you slap on GT mufflers doesn't mean you'll get GT sound.

2005-2010 exhaust hangers are the same. 2011-2014 use different hangers.

As Joey said, the V6 and V8 pipe diameters are different as well.
