Hey Ants,

Great question!

I know exactly how difficult this decision is.

Personally, on the 3.7 I am a huge fan of the Mac Off Road Pro Chamber mid pipe.

The Pro Chamber combines the X pipe and H pipe design to give you a unique sound which most love!

They make a version of this kit for 3.7 Mustangs running Longtube Headers and another kit for the Mustangs running Shorty Headers/ Stock Manifolds.

MAC Off-Road Pro Chamber Mid-Pipe- Stock Manifolds/ Shorties

MAC Off-Road Pro Chamber Mid-Pipe w/ Long Tube Headers

This would definitely be my recommendation for you and I hope this helps!

Let me know if you have any questions!

-Will
