I'm not defensive at all. the discussion got a little heated for absolutely no legitimate reason and strayed from the OP. But I do agree with you, 505hp for $23,xxx is a damn good deal. I bought my 08 Roush 427R in November of '13 for $26,600 and it has 435hp, it's more now. And something that's odd is its a damn good looking car, normally for price with that power it should have some body issues and I see none.

23k for a SC 2010 IMO is a great deal! Congrats. As I look at the two cars its funny how your 3.7 was white with blue stripes and your 4.6 is blue with white stripes. Is that the deep impact blue?

I bet you did hold them at gun point. That price... I'm amazed, you freaking stole her.

Now trying to start this like the thread should have been
Do you have any plans? For mods, I mean after the warranty runs out of course. And do you have any more pics of the car? Like engine bay interior and rear end?

Grats on the purchase. Who cares what you drive as long as you like it. You're the one driving it, not anyone else. There will always be something that makes more power.
I would also like to see some pics of the blower. And a sound clip I wanna hear what the exhaust sounds like with that whine

Seriously though. I traded my v6 for the GT becuase I missed the v8 rumble to much. I did not do it to race people or be the fastest thing out there or even close. I just wanted to go back to a V8 for the time being and I will never buy another v6. Learned my lesson lol I just happen to get lucky and find a modded v8. I got what I got and I couldn't be happier. Lik the last dude said. Screw what others think. Peace Im out. This thread really needs to die now.

Still waiting on pics of said blower.

As far as warranty goes kiss it good bye. Ford isn't going to warranty a car with an aftermarket blower.

Some things don't add up here.

Agreed...an esp plan requires an inspection for used vehicles. Op...not trying to be a jerk, but your either not telling the truth, or your going to run into issues once they send you inspection info. You kinda hung yourself up there.

My thoughts are, you actually did purchase an esp, and the car doesn't have a supercharger. Nice try : )

I believe him. I'd like to see the elderbrock supercharger, I think they have a very good looking design. From the picture he posted its a nice ride. It's just I like seeing the rest of the car, engine bay, and interior.

Marker= time stamp with NO information
Fingerprint= Tells you what was flashed and when

Fingerprints started in 2011 with the coyote.

I work in IT bro. I know how this works. On top of that I verified this with a ford tech design team member and several dealerships near me. Anyone who says otherwise is trying to scare you off from using a tuner or they are just fools and repeating what they hear other people say.

Wrong. The only thing the Copperhead ECU on the 2011+ will tell you is the number of times it has been flashed., It will not tell the tech what was flashed if it has been returned to stock,

Lets see........what did I learn from this thread? Op bought a modded '10 v8, 4.6 sound better than the coyote, coyote trounces it in power potential........with some keyboard warrior posturing and whining scattered in between. What fun!

It was nice hearing someone say something nice about our old 3 valves.
Been sort of dissed since the coyote came out.

Well I don't think anyone ever argued that the 4.6 sounds fantastic. It's just the performance in comparison to the Coyote that's become....debatable....

There was an orange new edge Mach 1 at the gas station when I was there earlier it sounded GREAT! Then the fool saw me looking and decides he is going show off pulling out on the road and almost stuffs into the curb!

The coyote is undeniably a better motor.
I didn't realize they sounded different and that a 3V actually sounded better, so that was nice.

Definitely. The 3v is a more muscular classic tone. The coyote is very raspy and race carish.
