Yes. It will require you to buy a 2013/14 Premium Cluster, VCM II tool, Windows XP Laptop, and to get the AS BUILT codes from a 2013/14 Premium with your same features.
You can google threads for Cluster Swapping. I have went through this process myself.
If you wish to eventually trade in the car, you will need to get the mileage corrected on w/e cluster you buy.
The Premium clusters with the LCD are extremely hard to find. Best bet would be to buy one from Ford. It is almost $600, but it will be brand new and they will load the miles on it for you. Problem with this upgrade is, there is a high chance of your warranties being voided if you do not get another cluster with the same mileage. So do this at your own risk.
