They look really good man. I wonder if VHT nightshade would work on these as well? Although I do have some plastidip in the garage lol

Don't hate on our verts I cruise with the top down every chance I get. I found these lights on oracles website last summer around June and I called every week until they finally sold me a pair I got the tinted and they look killer but the plasti dip way looks great nice job.

Yeah, I will probably get them paint tinted at a shop in the future, but I wasn't sold on the tint from Oracle. Lots of complaints about it not being dark enough and that you might as well DIY at home.

I don't see any reason VHT wouldn't work, but the Plasti Dip was much more easily fixed on the chance I messed up or didn't like it.

Oracle LED marker lights

Finally got the fronts on. Needed a 10mm pass-thru socket to get the little nuts off. Kind of disappointed in Ford for making them an "install and never touch again" part. The markers have a plastic post, and the nut bites into the post to hold secure. Definitely not something you could take on and off multiple times.

I love the way the line matches the LEDs in the headlight housing.

Alright, finally got a side shot with the fronts and rears on. I smile every time I hit the unlock button and these light up. Yes, they are pricey, but for the cost of replacing the grill, they provide a much more noticeable mod. Look good with the puddle lamps, too.

Anyone else have these Oracle side markers?
Trying to figure out if I should get the clear, painted, or ghosted.

I have Oxford White so I am hopping a white plastidip with glossifier will match somewhat.
Or get painted and just tint the LEDs myself.
Not sure if the ghosted is really worth the $400 price tag. Especially since you can't adjust the tinting yourself. Maybe if the front bumper was flush but the front markers have a unique placement, doesn't really matter if it matches the color.

I have these, but on a black car. I love the way they look, but I have to say, for the price, I was disappointed in the back side marker fitment...they seem to jut out just a bit and do not fit flush with the side of the car. I am not sure if the ghosted option offers better fitment, but if not, I think the point of having them ghosted would kind of be negated. I tinted mine with the Rustoleum spray tint.

Those look great! I get compliments all the time on them. I know what you mean about the rear not being flush, but I can live with it.

Thanks! Yeah I really like them, I wasn't sure how much of a difference these would make from stock, but they really stand out!

Are either one of you guys able to snap a pic of the back?

Wondering how much they standout (not being flush).

Oracle LED marker lights

I can tomorrow (unless someone beats me to it). It's really doesn't jut out a whole lot, but I made the mistake of spraying the tint on the front of the sidemarkers and ignoring the sides. Once I realized they were not flush, I took them back off a sprayed the sides as well.

Blah. Sorry, not the best pic, (I was having a heck of a time trying to get my camera phone to focus this morning). It's mainly the "center" of the side marker that sticks out, but nothing major. I just wish it set in a bit more like the front, or at least completely flush.

Thanks for the pic... Yeah that doesn't look like it fits 100% lol
Not sure the ghosting $$ is worth it now...

These are super bright when compared to stock, and look sweet at night. If I were you, (IMHO), I would get the cheaper clear side markers and tint yourself!

Well, on my front driver's side one of the LEDs went out. I contacted the seller because they have a 2 year warranty. Guess I'll see what happens.

Bummer man, hope they take care of it for you. I should probably check my front lights. The way I park I'm always so used to just seeing the rear...

Looks like there is a lot of moisture in that light. If you haven't already, I'd recommend taking all of your lights out and putting a bead of silicone around the seal as they aren't sealed well from the factory. One of my lights had 5 LED's burn out from moisture. I contacted Oracle, filled out all of their warranty info, sent in the light, and had a replacement light in 2 days. I was very impressed with my service from them considering some of the things I've read about their customer service.

Nope, bone dry. That is spatter that shows up from Plasti Dip. It looks uniform when off, and isn't noticeable when the lights are on, but the camera picks up more detail.

Today I noticed two more LEDs are out on the same lens.

No response from the seller today.

Well, I had previously contacted Oracle about replacement. All they needed was a screenshot of the transaction. They were great about communicating but I was slow in getting it shipped off (the month of November does not leave much free time for retail people) and sent it on 12/2. A new one arrived on my doorstep on 12/11. I'll be dipping it today and reinstalling later this week (car is due for inspection and I'm not quite sure on the laws about the reflectors up front). Figure instead of having to pay for a second time I'll just wait. I had taken off the other front side when I installed my Roush chin spoiler so it matched. The rears pop on and off easy enough.

Overall, A+ customer service.

Rears are easy, use a trim tool to pop one side out and they slide off then just change plugs, about two minutes each. Fronts are more involved with having to either remove the lower air deflector or going in thru the wheel well. About 15min each. You will need a socket (can't recall the size off hand, maybe 10mm?).

The whole process should be under an hour if you're at all familiar with "righty tighty lefty loosey".

Shouldn't have worried about the inspection. Showed my registration, insurance, and license, and after seeing it was a 2yr old car they put the sticker in and off I went. No smog check, no brake check, nothing. My girlfriend said that when they did her car they checked everything and even rode along for a "quick stop" to ensure brakes worked.

Has anyone had trouble with any moisture getting into the sidemarkers and causing the LEDs to go out. Here's a picture of mine. After removing the tint I found the whole light was filled with moisture Click image for larger version
