I had 5 LED's go out in one of mine due to moisture. Mine happened a year after I bought them. They replaced it under warranty very quickly. They did, however, tell me that unless I painted them they will not cover any more of mine going forth. They say the lenses have pin holes in them from manufacturing and the paint is what seals them fully.
Quality control is pretty poor on these it seems. I had another one fill with water about halfway, but I was able to take it out, drain most of the water, stick it in the oven to dry, and then apply a bead of clear silicone around the seal, and it's been good ever since. I also took out all of the others and put a bead of silicone around the seals to hopefully prevent leaking from occurring again. So far so good, and it's been about a year since I did that.
