Ice formed under door sill.. does that mean there's a leak?

checked today and under the passengers side door sill, there was ice bubbling out and kinda pushing the sill up. so i broke it up a bit and tried to pull out the ice. does this mean there's a leak somewhere and water is getting in here? could it be related to the water that pools up between the body panels? here's a pic for reference.

I find after I wash my car I need to open the doors to let the water drain othewise it collects on the sills. I think it's just where the door drains are.

Same. Mine doesn't get UNDER the sills, but it likes to settle there.

hmm I see. I guess some form of condensation from all the snow we had got in there, maybe when I opened the door too who knows, and formed into ice. it's been snowy and rainy the past few days... but it just worried me that ice was under the sill and it was raising it up a bit, ya know?
