Replacement Grille for 2014 Pony Package Grille?

Hey, I have a 2014 V6 Mustang with the Premium Package and Pony Package. I have heard that the 14 Pony Package grille is larger than the standard and no replacement grilles will fit. I am trying to find out if this is true. I want to put on a billet grille or the GT grille in its place.

Can someone please advise if you've replaced your 2013-2014 Pony Package grille and what you used?

Ford Mustang Club of America Upper Sport Grille DR3Z8200BE (13-14 GT, V6) - Free Shipping

Any grille will fit as long as its a full replacement grille.Nothing bolt over will fit. I believe the CDC grille fits too.The one in the link will work.

This is what it looks like I moved the pony emblem into the middle it is normally on on side or the other but it looks more like the boss. They are both n great condition, make me an offer and we should be able to come up with something. I'm in Wisconsin so I will have to ship it I only have about 10,000 miles on the car just need to be cleaned

In order to move it to the middle I had to drill holes for plastic male ends of the tri bar pony emblem to go thru. But once you do that you can't move it back so if u wanna try it out to see if you would like it I pull just buy the tribar pony with the sticky back that way you can always change it if u don't like it. I like it better so I was lucky but you may change your mind once you do it

Did you drill into the grille itself, or the emblem. I would want the emblem on the side as stock MCA grilles come. Also, how much were you wanting for it.

Awesome, thanks Maggio. Glad to hear from someone who's actually changed the pony package grille. Now at least I know it'll fit for certain. Now I just gotta decide between the CS or the MCA

I had the same dilemma of choosing between the 2. Ended up getting the black CS grill. I think it looks better with my silver paint. No regrets. BTW best price i found was at Levittown ford super center online. Good luck!

The CDC grille "Does not fit Shelby GT500 or V6 Pony Package" according to American Muscle. If anyone knows otherwise concerning the CDC grille, please let me know

Why not check with CDC directly on their website?

Why not check with CDC directly on their website?

I found this on the CDC site:
"The CDC Performance Grille fits all Mustang V6, GT, Boss and California Special models." Nothing about the Pony Package.

I emailed CDC's tech support and they just responded that their performance grille will fit the 2013 V6 with the Pony Package with absolutely no issues

When I pull the trigger on this grille, I'm gonna get this grille mesh from CustomCarGrills.com to go with it. Let me know whatcha think

Just the upper. The lower grille was the victim of an orange traffic cone coming off a truck at 75 MPH. I had it posted for sale but no takers, was planning to list things again soon

I replaced my pony pack grille with a CDC performance piece.

The pony grille popped out with a hard tug and all I had to do was saw off the retaining bar left in the center. After that was all said and done the CDC popped in like it was meant to be there.
