I believe the GT has bigger piping but I think your local muffler shop may be able to fit it for you! I might be wrong but I would definitely ask around before pulling the trigger on those.

That's what I thought as well. That my local muffler shop can make it fit. But yea I'll have to go and ask personally

Off road means it's wont have cats. So yes it's basically the same thing. Just a h and x have different sound and slightly different power gains I believe, correct me if I'm wrong on that last part though. Nothing noticeably different on the power though.

Well you will get a horsepower increase but not enough to feel it. It will be there you just won't be able to tell. The sound will be greatly increased because the off-road H pipe deletes the cats. Also I see your in Cali so you have to pass smog to so remember that!

I guess I'm better off getting an H Pipe or X pipe then. I'm just looking for sound mostly

Yea I'm in California. But I don't have to worry about smog for quite a while so ima go ahead and do it and later put the cats back on.

With the H pipe I believe you can just swap out for when you need to get a smog check

You could just gut the cats and leave the casing on to pass a visual.

What should I use? Like maybe a piece of rebar or just a solid pipe maybe?

Cat deletes

We used a big crowbar and kept starting it, and rev to about 3 grand for maybe 5-15 secs, to clean out the converter.
Don't do it if you live in Cali....

We took a sawzawll and cut it at the bottom weld of the converter and used a crowbar to break up the stuff and started the engine to blow it out...

Cat deletes

Well I did this at the shop I work at so I have access to the necessary tools to do it. I'd suggest taking to a auto repair shop that has a car rack and so it, I guess a muffler shop.
And yes to your question.

I'd suggest jack it up and put some stands under it and something behind the rear tires so it doesn't move. Maybe do it that way, also it does take some time to do...
