5.0 tb install

Does anyone know how I can cut off the fins inside the manifold in order for the tb to open up. Would pliers work?

Dude, someone already posted a link in your other throttle body thread to a thread with all the info you need for this project, including this very question. I've gotta ask, did you not read through that thread? Did you even click the link?

No one ever gave me an answer on how to cut the fins off nor did I ask that. What I asked was if I would need a coupler to use on my stock intake.

But post #4 in that thread is a link to another thread that has all the info need to install a GT throttle body on a 3.7L V6, including what to do with the fins
