I know, I love AM but they aren't the cheapest sometimes. I wanted to order my exhaust through them but they don't carry the brand I wanted...

AM actually had the cheapest price with our 6% discount. Came out to $178 while it was like $190 on eBay. Some things I much rather buy on eBay than AM because it is the exact same new item just cheaper on eBay but for this grille AM took my business for sure. Will probably be buying my tuner in a couple weeks from them as well.

...just to clarify, that's your A/C condenser in front, not your radiator.

You radiator is behind the A/C condenser.

damn those grilles look good. but i seem to be worried about stuff getting inside too, like bugs and whatnot.

They make it in there but its not that bad of a problem. Wont lie i sat for an hour with a pair of tweezers making my a/c condenser look pretty again from them and small stones

yeah that's too much idk. a black mesh screen would probably help. apparently that other brand makes this grille with the mesh right?

The other company is Cervinis and the upper and lower grilles just became available. Both come with the grille mesh.

The upper is $189.99 and the lower is $139.99, if you order both you get a 10% discount.

Upper Grille:
Mustang GT Grilles, 13-14 Mustang GT500 style upper grille - Cervini's

Lower Grille:
Mustang GT Grilles, 13-14 Mustang GT500 style upper grille - Cervini's

I think this is what I'll be doing soon.

I just pulled the trigger on these... had been waiting for a while.

The total was $296.98 for both the upper & lower grille (10% discount) and selecting free shipping.

Good for you, I like the idea of the mesh on these grilles for a little protection and just a couple of bucks more. Make sure to post some pics after the install and let us know how the install goes. Can't wait to get mine

imo, that looks great. the mesh seems to help the issues I'd feel would arise from it. man I might just get that upper grille and leave the lower as stock for now. what are you gonna do to install it, just rip it out? or pull bumper down?

Don't have to pull the bumper if you don't want to:

Here's how to do the upper grille:
A Tasty 2013-2014 Mustang Grille Replacement from CDC

And the lower grille without taking the bumper off:
Roush 421496 Mustang Grille Lower V6/GT 2013-2014/Boss 2013

Man or man, those look sweet! I have the CDC upper grille installed on mine, but still have the factory lower as no CDC lower was available (only similar alternative I could find was the Roush lower delete which looked like it would be a pain to install and was almost $300!. I wonder how these would pair together since the CDC has no mesh?

That is correct. You have to remove the bar(s) if you don't want to, but they will clearly be visible through the mesh.

As an example, here are some pics from one of the guys on Stangnet:

He ended up cutting out the center bar later.

And yes, there is a center mesh, just hard to see in the pics.

Here is a better shot showing the mesh:

hmm I mean, it doesn't look too bad. but what does the center bar do? does it hold the stock grille in place or something?

I don't think anyone is going to go to a CDC and then back to a stock grille. Just cut the bar. I did it and I will never go back to stock.

If I understood correctly, the center bar is support for the GT style grille with fog lights. Since the v6ers lack the fogs, it isn't really serving a purpose on our cars (please someone correct me if I'm wrong). Took me a few minutes or so to remove. My CDC grille has been my favorite appearance mod, next to my wheels...makes my front end look much more aggressive IMO

I think those look better with the mesh than without it. Good price for both too.

any reason why American muscle doesn't sell the cervinis? they sold it for the last design style prior to 10. wish I could buy this grille from them bc of their awesome support.

Gotcha. I don't see any reason why one couldn't go from the CDC back to the stock grille. Having the mesh does give you the option of keeping everything intact which is nice, although I would be interested in how it looked in person.
