Did te an idiot screw up my car?

2014 v6 convertible stuck i the snow with a dead battery since the battery was dead it would not shift from park to neutral so tow drive says it's on ice it wont hurt it and turned on the wench and pulled it about 30 feet. till it hit snow. Have not had a chance to test drive it yet, but wondering if he could have done damage

I don't think you will have a problem at all

Tow truck drivers tow cars on dry asphalt in park quite a lot. The only time there is a problem is when they tow far and it flat spots tires. That rarely happens because they usually only tow enough to get the car out of a parking spot to hook it up.
Your car was on a slippery surface so I'm sure no damage at all was done.

if you look in the owners manual it tells you how to override the shifter interlock.....

+1 on doubtful it was harmed

odds are he didnt mess up your car at all as long as the wheels were sliding and not spinning, now if you have a stick shift and you keep it in gear instead of using your ebrake when you park, if he picks up the front wheels and tows it in the opposite direction of the gear youre in (ie. in R and he tows forward) that will most definitely screw up your car. you should be fine though

Oh course if he did, it does remind me of a the show, "Dude, You're Screwed". Get it checked out to be safe.
