Not gonna lie i cant remember the time anybody sent me picture by picture updates for a replacement order. I deal with alot of customer service issues mainly about ups. And Alex going above and beyond like that says alot about your character and the colleagues that work for AM. "Very impressive sir" thats how you gain customers for life bro.

That made me laugh I pictured ups man going all office space on his box of springs.

just slightly on subject....as Efrain had mentioned if you register at UPS yes, you can change your delivery address but it's $5 per package. I have two en-route ( not from AM ) but if you call your shipper they can change it for free if they send enough boxes to be a preferred customer. I just wonder why the UPS person didn't check the "inaccessible driveway" box rather than the "for some stupid reason the customer only wants us to bring them 1/2 way to his house" box.

No hate on UPS for not wanting to try my drive way it really does resemble a luge run.

I will add that my Love suggested I have UPS drop off my packages at the Post Office....

Hey Bigshow14 - That's nuts! If you're ever seeing something that's delivered from UPS like this again do not hesitate to let me know, I'm always around to help out no matter what, no matter how big or small a problem!

Thanks for the kind comments - I can't stress this enough here how much AmericanMuscle along with myself treats customer service. We're all consumers here and we want to be treated like we're the only customers out there when we have issues.

I really like to take a personal approach when my customers are running into problems and being there every step of the way is what excited me the most.

- Puling the parts at their given location
- Opening and inspecting to ensure that they're correct and perfect
- Insulating with Bubble Wrap and extra material when I'm able to do so
- Last but not least, down the rollers to a belt, onto a truck!

It's the little things right!?

jacobdlaw - I know how you mean - It looked like Ace Ventura had his hands on the OP's order!

Hey 509 - Sorry to hear about this! In the event that you're to ever have an issue with an order from us please let us know as soon as possible! There's no reason that you should pay full price for an order and have it received in an unacceptable condition!

If anyone is ever to have any issues with your order - Please contact us as soon as possible! We're here to help out in any way!

Alex

Hey Efrain, I am assuming you have stock struts and shock still? How has the ride changed? Is it bouncy, hard, noisy or none of that? Do you feel more in control of the car with just the springs now?

I want to get these or Eibach springs but wasn't sure if using these with the rest of the stock suspension would break anything. Last thing I was is a blown strut at 15k miles. LOL!

Hi Kevin, I've been running just Sr springs with a j&m adjustable panhard bar for a year now and the car drives great! I even car pool with two other adults every third week and she rides nice! Its not much stiffer than stock, and it also helps the the Sr springs are progressive so the ride doesn't break your back lol.

Hey - I absolutely know how you mean but you should see and hear me when I'm on the other side of the equation! If I bought my some shiny new red/blue springs and they looked like they went to hell and back I would definitely be a little on the sour side!

Hey mustangt03 - Sorry to hear about that but I just wanted to included everyone on some conversation that's been happening here.

We've made the appropriate individuals aware of what's been going on and SR has agreed that this is definitely unacceptable! They're going to be updating our packaging for us for future orders.

If anyone has any other questions at all or if there's something I can lend a hand with please don't hesitate to let me know, I'm always around to help out guys!

Looks good!

What did you do for alignment? Camber plates or just bolts?

Not right now. Will be moving in the next month so funds are a fat goose egg. Besides my hood vents and bbk throttle body i did this month.

After the move, i plan on getting some springs and bbk shorty headers.
