They are different than the $140 version. Different part number. 1"x2" vs 1.5"x2", lighter 3.5lbs vs 4.bs, and MIG welded vs TIG welded.

Those may never be noticeable to the end user, but that's the difference in case anyone was curious.

Probably much better than stock though...I thought MIG is better & cleaner than TIG??

What's noticeable is my wife being much less upset at yet another mod!

Backwards. TIG is cleaner and doesn't use a filler material.

Like I said, on the street and at our power levels, the difference is probably not even noticeable.

Gotcha!

I need better hook up, better control over bump, less wheel spin n more solid feel cornering.
I guess I made out then, bucks wise then. Thank You, very much!!

Tig uses the same filler as mig, just larger material. I have even used mig wire to tig in small precision jobs.

Griggs is very good, the only reason I have not gone with them is that SCCA requires that I stay with a non-metallic bushing (delrin is a popular interpretation of that rule)...

Proving to my fellow racers that the disdain that some GT drivers have for V6 drivers is unfounded, one results archive at a time since 2013.

They offer non aluminum bushings haha. I opted for these instead of the other ones

The only non-metallic bushing I saw was on the non-adjustable arm, but the arm was designed for a Heim at one end, which is illegal for me (I wish that were not so). I have been looking very hard at their double wishbone front system for the conversion to either TT or AI in a few years.
