RTR rear decklid panel

So ive been looking for about 3 months now to no avail, ive heard rtr as a company is in turmoil right now which is why they have either not made or not shipped any new read decklid panels, i really love the look of them and have searched online to find where they may be sold at, figured id start a thread on it so people could share links to find the panel, i figured if im having this much troubke finding one someone else is bound to be having the same issue.

So does anyone know of where to find the ellusive RTR rear decklid panel?

There are already a good amount of threads started about this just FYI. It's not news that these are hard to get right now and the company is currently addressing quality control issues.

Really? Maybe if there was a signature list a more stable company like mmd would venture to make a copy?

No issues

Ive had plenty of people ask where I got mine, I must have waiting like 2 or 3 moths before AM had them in stock again. Ive had no issues, just wish the RTR logo stuck out a little more, kind of blends in...

Link? I've been on like 3 waiting lists for over 6 months with no luck at snagging one. I'm beginning to think I'll never score a RTR
I guess they don't want my money.

I think he's referring to this one:

I think I like this better than the RTR for the money. Especially since it does not require cutting. Lighter, and still paintable if you didn't want carbon fiber finish.

I'm starting to doubt we'll ever see RTR products again.

I've been hunting high and low for the RTR aluminum spoiler

One quick question though does that deck lid stick out much?it looks like it might be like rounded out so it isnt flush with the tail lights?

Thanks! Yeah it doesn't pop out. It really is a quality piece, you get what you pay for. Cheaper than the RTR and this is carbon fiber vs plastic

Its ironic its cheaper than the rtr one and better 😂 why doesnt American Muscle sell this product?? Im not a fan of the louver like plasic one they offer and the only 2 rear decklids they do offer are the rtr which will never be in stock and the eta emails are pointless, and the cdc which looks like the material next to the lisence plate? Seems like a no brainer to offer it from a company like true carbon, especially at that price

I'm pretty sure the RTR is metal as it is powder coated. But I still agree with you

Anyone have any shots of this on a 13-14 rear end?

How is the carbon fiber holding up?

Deck lid

I just picked up one today... And only an hours drive of all places. Call the rtr dealer in your area and most of the time they give you the number of the speed shop that built the car for them. The guy I got mine from had an extra so maybe you'll get lucky too
