Off road x-pipe

So I just purchased the off road x pipe from AM. I wanted to know if with my tuner I could turn off the check engine light? Or would I need a tune for that as well? The pipes aren't here yet but I just wanted to know before hand just incase I need a new tune

Who is your tune from? I would just get an updated tune instead of messing with parameters in the tune itself
