Raxiom License Plate Kit Warning

It's the bulbs. Mine have went out twice and before I left they started flickering again. But it's strange because I have a friend that has been running them with no issue for about two years now. But they only run them at night as well.

Call them instead of using Mustang Evolution to solve it, I think they can help you better directly over the phone

Yeah it's understandable. You shouldn't be having to call in the first place, just might be a more direct way to get help.

So I spoke with someone and after awhile they said they didn't know how to credit my card with the refund and didn't wanna mess it up so they would have a supervisor take care of it and would let me know tomorrow.
Glad they were honest and my lights came today, fast shipping as always

Just got my check in the mail. Quick question - amount for the check is 14.99. I believe I paid 27ish dollars for them , as the price is 29.99 and I used the 6% discount. Did I use a credit or was something discounted or did I only get half a refund? Just checking, thanks!

I bought the Diode Dynamics on a whim earlier today to replace my flickering Raxioms and they already shipped out. After I do the OEM navigation conversion and remove the Raxiom GPS, I will have removed each Raxiom product I installed in my car. I'm glad for the people that have gotten their Raxiom whatnots and had no issues, but I just can't deal with the apparently inconsistent QA anymore. We'll see how these do.

Got the Diode Dynamics in and installed. When removing the Raxioms I noticed they smelled a lot like burned plastic. I don't know if that's just the general LED light smell or not, but they were flickering quite a lot.

I like the look of the Diode Dynamics more already as I didn't get the blueish tint ones like the Raxioms are (although they were available from them), I went with the whites (not the dingy yellow thing like the OEM, but actual white). They also provide more light (at least the ones I got), which is great for the backup camera at night.

I will say that the solder on the Raxioms seem to be much stronger than the Diode Dynamics as I bent one a little putting it in the holder, but it bent back just fine and works without issue so far. We'll see how they do.

Have you made sure that the bulb is in all the way and seated correctly? If so, it's likely due to what would appear from all the stories and personal experience to be a quality control issue on the part of Raxiom and the bulb is just bad.
