My biggest complaint is the transmission. Getting into 1st gear is not easy in my car. I had a 2011 5.0 and the 2012 V6 lacks power, I'm sick of downshifting to go up a hill that the 5.0 would pull with no problem. I'm moving back to the V8 with the next one.

I have gotten mine up to 121 bone stock. I stopped because I didn't want to break the drive shaft so after I get the drive shaft, i'll test it out and see what happens

After the drive shaft, I've read you only need tires that can keep up and you'll be good. 👍

I ordered every option (Except glass roof, didn't want it) on my 2011 so i have automatic climate control, remote start, reverse camera etc. I didn't like the driveshaft so i changed it. Didn't like the factory 3.31's, so i changed them. Didn't like the crappy door speakers that came with the shaker 500, so i changed them. Part of owning a Mustang is, "You can make it your own"

Go with Michelin tires. Pirelli tires are trash for these cars.

I have no problem with the Pirelli's, but then I am at a very high elevation, so traction isn't an issue.

The reason i ask is because I've had them for over two years as a DD with no complaints.

My car came with the all weather, so, I had no problem in rain or even snow here. Dry, they stick great and haven't had any complaints. Once I get farther into my build, I could see them not performing nearly as well.

Just wait until you get some miles on them

I have a 2011 and four years later they are still looking great with plenty of tread but they are "NOISY" Hydroplane in the Florida Monsoon rains and other then that, They are fine.
They just don't wear out.

Yeah they do last forever. When I got my car which is an 05 it still had the factory tires on it 70k miles later

Let's see issues with mustangs.....well I gotta say and I'm just speaking about my car here. I would say first would be the over steer as well as the rpm range but what I lose in rpm I make up for in torque and the extreme weight shift from corner to corner but that's a easy fix with new shocks and springs at least in my opinion.

when my engine is running, its hard to see the clock/time in the day, unless i crank the dial up all the way.
the font is kinda small
& the am/fm buttons are small & awkward to press

Be glad the mustang is the only muscle car that withstood the test of time.

Let's just say that while I love my Mustang, I would not wish it's electrical system on Vladimir Putin.

None of the above. If you want the car to corner like it is on race tires, look at the BFG Rival S, or at the Bridgestone RE71-R. Those tires are basically DOT R-Compounds with tread. I am hearing good things about the new Kumho V720, but I will be sampling them for the first time this weekend, so I have yet to form an informed opinion.

Or they should have released the 2015 early 2014 but then why is the 2004 the 40th anniversary model?
