Install help with fog lights

Does anyone know if I can install these without taking the bumper off? Not sure if I should buy them or not, they seem nice. Just don't want a huge install. I'm thinking I can pull off the old plastic and install these hopefully easily.

Pretty sure the bumper will have to come off. It's not hard.

You can pull the splash pan off and access that area without pulling the bumper off. But then you still need to wire it...and honestly the bumper comes off easy. Especially if you have already removed the 8-10 bolts on the bottom that hold the splash pan.

There's a YouTube video explaining how to do it. No need to take off bumper

I would recommend taking off the bumper. Maybe there are ways of doing it without taking it off, but I wouldn't recommend it as the suggested route is to take it off. Otherwise you are dealing in too tight of a space or rising breaking something. It isn't difficult to take off, just time consuming.

Bought the same set from a different ebay seller. I did not remove the bumper. You do have to remove the lower splash pan as well as the radiator "cover" on top. You will also need a switch (Amazon) and a wiring harness. This kit is a GT foglight replacement/relocate kit. There is another eBay seller that has a wiring kit & instructions. I did find the wiring to the left fog, a tad short. The piece that comes with the foglight kit is plenty long enough to make up the difference.
I found the hardest part of the install was getting the panels where the fogs go removed. Just plastic tabs, but very hard.

You do not need to remove bumper, only the splash trim underneath. I would recommend the complete set with wiring etc. instead
