Adding airbags for ride height?

I'm not too familiar with this kind of modding but I have a buddy who just bagged his 5.0 and I like that you can adjust the ride height and it looks really good but are they a reliable option over getting shorter aftermarket springs?

Bags are pretty cool. You can litterally lay your car on the ground with them. For a DD I wouldn't do it. If you want to spend some money get some good springs and the Koni adjustable shocks and struts. That will give you the best ride quality.
