2013-14 headlight specifications

might be an odd question i had a hard time finding the answer online. How many lumens are the DRL's in the headlights, im reffering to the white light bars always on while driving?

i just bought a new griller for my 2014 and planned on making a replicate set of the drls to be in the grille kind of like the GT fog lights, except without impersonating a gt, and still being a nice, and independent look.

i was going to build the DRL's from scratch but found a site that makes the right size already but they offer them at several different lumen and wattage ratings i would like to know the specifications of the DRL's if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Do you mean bulb temp? For example, 4300K or 6000K. Lumens is just the brightness of the lights.

That's going to be tough one. I would say it's comparable to the standard incandescent running/ parking lamps which I think are around 8 watts. Idk how many lumens but it's going to be low. It's hard to compare watts with different types of bulbs because an 8 watt incandescent bulb is dim...an 8 watt Led could land an airplane.
And bulb temp is more about color hue..from yellow to blue.

Ya i dont mean temp in kelvin thats not quite applicable to leds im reffering to the drls or as some call them whiskers in the headlight if they were headlights the color is like 5000k to match them but i want to know how many lumens and watts, so if i get the drl's in the foglights like mentioned the foglights will match the intensity of the headlights, i realize wattage is much harder cause theres a opaque plastic infront of it so id wanna know the lumens outside the headlight

You may be able to buy/rent a light meter to measure the exact light output

That might be the best option does anyone know where they would be at? Like you think maybe a hardware store would have one?

Looks like the basic light meters on Amazon run from $20-40

Are you over thinking this?....Don't worry about the lumens just get the led's that are the fit/look you are going for.
