Borla catback or axle back

I'm torn between getting the borla S type catback system or just getting the axle backs. can anyone that has any of these systems give me some insight?

Get the AB and save yourself a few hundred bucks. No real point in getting the cat back

Get the axle-backs. Cat-back system will be a waste of $.

If you had a 5.0, it'd be different, because the factory 5.0 exhaust contains additional mufflers before the rear axle. However, you have 2.25in straight-through stainless steel piping from your mid-pipe to your axle-backs.

Simple as that.

Here's a video I made a few months ago with my Borla S-Type Axleback. I also made another quick flyby the other day that I put on my instagram @v6beast

Sounds fantastic but no mention of what or if anything else is contributing to that sound.(CAI, Headers, cats, resonators, mid pipe- Stock or otherwise.)

It's just borla s-type, which is why it's the only thing listed

Thanks! I don't assume anything.

Hey Vinny,

As everyone else has stated, you will be completely fine with the Borla Stinger S-Type Axle-Back Exhaust! I always recommend saving the money and going with the axle-back rather than cat-back as you are not gaining much when replacing the over axle pipes!

These will sound great on your car, I can't wait for the exhaust clips!
