BBK x pipe question

I installed BBK shortys and an o/r x pipe and after a few hundred miles I noticed if I have the x pipe detached from the mid pipes I can move the pipes going to the header flange a bit, they don't move freely though. Are these too loose? Wasn't sure how much I should crank those nuts down.

Don't disagree with tightening them up a bit. But keep in mind, with no supports on it(that I can recall) that's a fair amount of weight to expect a ball type flange connection to hold rigid.
