Installed Off road x pipe and having second thoughts

So I picked an x pipe for my 2014 mustang and installed it myself with help of a couple friends. I have been driving around for a while and now I'm not sure if I want it anymore. My reasons for this is that that sound it makes was not the sound I thought it would make. 1 To me it might be too raspy and it sounds like my engine forcing sound/power out instead of make it smoothly. 2 It makes everything inside my car rattle from my seats to my steering wheel. 3 when people say there is no drone... They are wrong when you are driving and barely even picking up speed it's really droning. Only time when its not is when you're at a constant speed. I'm not sure if I should keep it or switch to H pipes. I would like to hear everyone's thoughts.

I would go with a quieter axleback. I had the roush on my first 5.0 and the gt500 ab on my current one. It's the perfect chill sound. Sometimes I miss the roush but most of the time I am happy with them quiet.

Edit: I just realized you have the v6. Sorry.

Well the cyclone is a raspy engine and then you get a catless raspy midpipe what did you expect? resonators should tone the rasp down

Yeah that's what's bugging me! To much rasp! And is a H pipe better on that? The performance part is not so much of a performance concern since it's my daily driver...

Performance isn't noticeably different between the two.. All,about the sound. H is more old school sound and x is pissed off raspy racecar sound

Oops sorry didn't see you have the off road, so yeah it will be loud and raspy without the cats on.

Well the difference between setups is this has a resignators and mufflers to tone the exhaust down, the 4.0 sounds good with no mufflers or resignators.

The 4.0 doesn't sound nearly as raspy as the 3.7 so that setup would sound a lot different. Long tubes on the 3.7 sound pretty bad

I'm running Borla longtubes, custom off-road h-pipe, 18" glasspack resonators, and Borla S-type axlebacks. Absolutely in love with it. Now to get some videos haha

Off road means no catalytic converters. Js.

You have the X. Which is all power, lot of rasp.

You have the H. Less power, better sound.

You have the pro chamber (favorite) as its both the X and the H. Has a hallow sound though, only for the classic sound seekers.

---------- Post added at 08:40 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:39 PM ----------

Take a listen. Gt500 and off road pro chamber. https://youtu.be/BUsRx9LEsuc

I can see there is some what of a difference but not a complete one. And thank you everyone for your help, and opinions, but I have decided I'm going to sell it after all. It just makes everything rattle way to much and the drone is up there too. Only reason I'm getting rid of it, it's because it's my daily driver. But when I put on the x pipe I did notice a power gain.

Its the only reason why i didn't go LTS and went with shorties instead. The stock mid pipe on the 3.7 for sound is the best option IMO.
