MMD Hood vents for 10-12 Hoods

I'm not sure how long this has been updated for but the 05-09 MMD hood vents have been updated to include the 10-12 stock hoods.
On AMs site there is instructions on installing for the newer models. The placement looks a little odd, but that might be the only location that would work. Still nice to know that it's possible to add vents on the stock powerdome hoods.

That looks stupid in my opinion. If they fit, I'd place them just outside of the cowl/powerdome.

Yea I agree. The placement looks weird. They need to be further apart. Like on the 13/14.

I'm sure that's where they originally wanted them to go but it looks like some curves are in the way. Maybe they could be squeezed right out of the cowl but I'm not going to be the guinea pig

venting the vent that doesn't vent in the first place. the best part is his description...

"one of a kind custom heat extractor hood scoop (for future supercharger mods, only one in the world), custom ram air"

Wow , maybe the other way around with the vents under the scoop would be an idea, that guy had to be drunk to have those installed that way

It's funny actually because it's venting not a fake vent but a scoop, which if it wasn't fake would be meant to suck air in not let it out. It's like a double negative. Oh and a bit fugly

What makes me laugh the most is the part that reads, "only one in the world". LMFAO

Lmao thats dumb as hell haha

although with the stock powerdome and the vents there it does seem more practical considering heat would rise into that little dome thing it has

As for the one with the scoop an vents thats just idiotic haha

I'm sure the owner thought it was more along the lines of "SWAG".
