Dash lights suddenly too low

Hi guys this evening for some reason the light in the instrument panel and radio panel is very very low. it only happens when I turn the lights on, when I turn the lights off the standard white color comes on and it is as bright as usual. I tried to find a dimmer option but I couldn't, any idea if this is something I can adjust or if this may be an electrical issue?

Maybe the dimmer dial to the right of your headlight switch got turned down?
Turn down for what?

You'd be surprised how many people don't know about the dimmer dial. Don't go too far because it'll turn your dome lightfs on and they won't go of until you dial it back down.

If he can't figure the rest of it out, he's too drunk to drive.

And if you have the pony lights it'll make them stay on too. That one threw me for a while as I could not see that the dome lights were also on when standing next to the car with my tinted windows. Once I realized both the dome and pony lights were staying on - D'oh!
