I want that too but only if I knew how to do that haha. It looks like a really hard thing to accomplish but it's worth it.

EL wire always looks good in pics and from 10ft away. I have never seen a job that looked great in person.

Really? I like it! The new Camaro RS has something similar on the doors and it looks pretty damn cool. I like it more than the normal little led light I have in my premium that shines on your feet and doors.

Not my style, but I can see why someone would like it. But, I'm practical and generally make mods related to getting better information (guages) or improving performance, short shifter, hood pins to keep the hood from shaking at +100

My thinking on the subject, is it will either look amazing, or like crap. Their is really no middle ground lol, I am trying to think to myself what color I could possibly make it if I tried it in my white mustang, as my color scheme would be white and black. I guess blue or like a silver color could be a possibility, and if I got it, I would have to be able to control the color with the Mycolor in the gauges after I do the swap.

It's damn unique. I have never been in a car that looks like that. Looks like need for speed or Tron. I don't think it looks ricer because it's clean. It's not like underglow lights under the car or something. It's super clean and looks crazy at night. I have never seen anyone else with these and I like unique. I can picture anyone and everyone getting in my car and being shocked about them because that was my first impression when I saw them.

The more I look at it, the more I am put off by it. As you said, it's a cool first impression type deal, as I thought. Once I got used to seeing it, I started hating it lol.

Ill go as far to say you are correct it is indeed unique, and not something you are going to see everyday, and ill give it props for that. Now if you got it put in your car, I would assume you would go with a blue, because of your stripes, right? I think it all depends on the car, something like this would look amazing in that "Slimer" v6 mustang some dude made a while back, where it was all modded out with green LEDS. Slimer Mustang

I'm with a lot of the others here. Clearly a preference issue. You have the gotta bling it types and the low key sleeper look types.

I think it's awesome, if you can do it well, but please don't add the fuzzy purple steering wheel cover you can see in one of the pics lol 😉

It's different and I think it looks cool. For some reason though, my first thought was the movie Tron.

You can buy the el wire on ebay for around 10 bucks. I bought blue and put it on my stang just like the pics. Used very small gauge wire to twist around the el wire ans stick the end of the wire between the crease of the dash to hold in. Wire is very flexible and I had mine on a battery power that I could tun on and off with a button on the module. Didn't love the look in daylight but was pretty sweet at night. Cheap and easy to install. Easy to remove with no damage.
