BMR LCA - Car on jack stands with blue flame audio. - Need input

Installing some BMR LCA on my 2014 V6. Car on jacks stands (under axle) I'm trying to load the car with a jack on normal jack point to allow me to line up holes for new LCA. I'm about a 1/4" shy of being able to get the bot in the rear mounting point. No play in the urethane bushings is making this quite the language lesson (Sailor 302). I'm absolutely positive this is normal. Anyone have similar experience with this? Is there a trick or do I need to cuss more and grab a hammer? Input needed to my audio edited posting here.

This is normal I used a long punch or screw driver to line it up I guess you are on the back at the axle. Hope this helps!!

If a punch or large screw driver doesn't work and you have a second floor jack you could try it right under each LCA individually for that extra 1/4" of lift.

The punch did the trick. Too much fussing clouds common sense. Thanks Teak14. Gonna make a few passes down some country road and will let you V6 owners know the burning question I've had.

I drove my car on ramps (actually just a stack of 2x10s) to install my LCAs...worked pretty well but not a ton of space to swing the torque wrench.

Yeah... I could have done that too but that would have made things easier.
